Kathryn L. Pascale, CHMM Inc. is an environmental inspection company. Since the company is owned and operated by a microbiologist, our core business is mold inspections and analysis. We have conducted over 5000 mold inspections in South Florida since 1992. We are also the leading provider of lead-based paint inspections and risk assessments to the city and county governments of South Florida. In addition to mold and lead inspections, we also conduct indoor air quality investigations for a wide range of chemical and biological contaminants. We also perform Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments for commercial property transactions.
Our Mission
Our goal is to provide the highest quality environmental inspections available in South Florida. Our inspectors are highly trained and degreed professionals. All of our laboratory work is performed by a microbiologist, never technicians. We feel we are meeting our quality goal, since our business has grown steadily over the last 15 years primarily through referrals from our many satisfied clients.
